Winds of optimism have been blowing at Pitti Immagine Bimbo no. 82: packed stands, positive feedback, great quality of the attending members. Pitto Immagine Bimbo is the most important fashion event for kids & teenagers and the only fair that presents a complete overview of the universe of children’s fashion on a global level.
Among the important projects being staged at the latest Pitti Bimbo edition, N°21 – the brand designed by Alessandro Dell’Acqua – presented his first Kids collection dedicated to the 4-12 year age group, the result of a long-term license agreement with Grant Spa.
The brand’s DNA is unusual mixes of textile and fusions of styles with the particular attention to the comfort and fit factors typical of kid’s wear.
The new collection of MiMiSol (Fall/Winter 2016-17) comes up from an intense creative work of Imelde Bronzieri to give a modern coolness and a new look to her children’s fashion, in this iper-technological world that reaches even the smallest with many visual and aesthetic fast-changing incitements.
The collection attempts to play with rebel mixtures and crazy combinations but with an always refined style, never common.
The suggestive late baroque style of Palazzo Corsini was the sumptuous venue to the fashion show of the new Monnalisa Fall/Winter 2016-17 collection, while the catwalk was unfold in the several frescoed rooms of the ground floor.
Monnalisa created feminine, fresh and innovative designs with clever uses of sparkling stones on their flamboyant fashion pieces for girls, fun characters and quirky finishing touches.
One of the glamorous parts of Pitti Bimbo was a party lounged by Dolce & Gabbana Bambino which took place and the Dolce & Gabbana Kids Firenze store located on Via de Tornabuoni 18, decorated with daises (one of the summer’s trend).
Especially adorable were shoes and accessories.
